Story Board
1 – Goal: To get insight into the world of snowboard coaching through interviewing a current snowboard coach. The questions asked will be to gain a bit of insight into the world of snowboard coaching
2 – Audience:
Anyone who is interested in snowboarding, more specifically people interested in high performance snowboarding, how coaching works and what the main objective of coaching is.
3 – Core Information:
The core information will be around a coach’s view of the coaching process. The first question asked will be “what is your favourite part about snowboard coaching”. This is a look into how a coach connects with their athletes. Another question that will be asked is “what is your goal of coaching and how do you aim to influence kids” this will give more of an insight on how coaching’s main goal isn’t to make a kid better at snowboarding. The final question asked will be “why did you pursue coaching” this will give insight into the type of people who coach and what their goal is with coaching.
4 – Detailed outline (detail here all the parts that you’re going to include in your audio piece, like Narrated intro, sound effects, interviews, etc..)
To start the interview I will have a small jingle / song as an introduction, I will Have the end of the intro song overlap with a brief introduction before cutting the audio to bring focus on the interview. After the intro I will give Ben (the interviewee) the first questions and as a way to release tension and make the interview seem more casual I will edit quite music behind the interview, this will be the same format for all of the questions. To close out the interview I will Thank Ben for joining for an interview and edit in an outro song.
